Wells Markets and Fairs
Markets have been held in Wells for over 800 years. These days the Market Place hosts a market every Wednesday and Saturday from 9am to 4pm selling both local and continental produce. On Wednesdays, a specialist farmers market offers even more variety. General products can also be found including jewellery, fashion and leather goods. Throughout the year a number of major craft fairs and antiques markets are held in the Town Hall.
